North Central Mississippi Regional Cancer Center

I was in contact with North Central Mississippi Regional Cancer Center - Dr. Arnold Smith today. They claim to use Immunotherapy along with conventional treatment and get better results than most. They claim to have patients alive for years with lung cancer. Has anyone heard of this MD and his success rate ??

Any comments would be helpful - I am considering goint to him.

Just wondering if you explored treatment with Dr. Smith or found anything further in your research, I noticed your message was posted back in September. A dear friend of mine received news this past weekend that she has 6-8 to live. Her lung cancer is the result of a raw chain of events-- contiminated blood during an operation which led to Hep C. Shortly after her liver transplant they discovered a small spot on her lung. I hope you are well, and if you could shed any light, please do. Thank you!

Having experienced just the initial consultation, but seeing the patients in his office, they look nothing like those in my county hospital cancer center. In fact, the entire environment is so much different, it does not feel like a cancer center. My only problem is that it's a long trip to Mississippi. But if the success rate is as the drug trials indicate, it's worth it.
