Post-mastectomy Pain Syndrome

My sig. other had a mod'd rad. mast'y in 1990. 15-1/2 years later, no cancer, but continuous PMPS: burning constricing pain, trigger points, extreme sweats, extreme swings of felt temperature - burning to freezing and back, concurrent burning and freezing, extreme pain with light brushing or pressure on the skin, intolerance of warmth, coolness, or movement of air. Does anyone know of an experienced PMPS practitioner in Los Angeles?
