      <description>why is it important to take these two drugs together and why must the dose be so precise? my mom doesnt know why. after the fist doses how often  does a person have to take them every other week or what?</description>

      <description>Jerry, the two drugs work better than one.  I'm pretty sure the dosage depends on the weight of the person.  Usually, the chemo is given every 3 weeks if the person can tolerate it--blood work needs to be OK.</description>
