I have competed chemo toxil 7 comoplatin 6 cycles, and have been in remission since the second treatment. I have gained back all the weight I lost before the diagnois, in addition to 60 lbs. I am 5'4' so am now "offically obese" now what? I am afraid to loose too much weight and not sure what to do now? I quit smoking when I got sick and am post menapasal all of which i assume is contributing to the weight gain but this is too much. ideas?
