Stage 4 With an Alternative Bent

Hello Anyone. I can relate to all of you who want to be off these meds, but feel trapped into taking them. . as the quality of life changes to the point of identity crisis. . . yet the alternative is scary. . all options are scary. Was reading the femara chats. I am regrettfully taking it, desperate to get off. I hardly know who I am. . Has anyone (with active cancer)stopped taking hormonal therapy, and eventually went back on and found it still useful? I would love that assurance. Anyone exploring the alternative world and finding success? This is probably a bad night to open a discussion. I am not cooperating with myself (moody). I'll work harder to make more sense next time. - k
