Prayer and Meditation

There's a wonderful resource on healing from a spiritual perspective: http://www.brother-aleksei.org/ It's non-sectarian, nondenominational, and very easy to read and understand. It has helped me a lot. There is hope.

Prayers Answered

Dear Shannon1, thank you for the information. Our God is a awesome God and does answer prayer. But in His time not ours. Last Oct. was Dx. with terminal follicular lymphoma stage 4. After 3 surgeries and much prayer and attending a healing service etc. I am now in stage 3 and instead of having a few months to live. PTL I may have a couple of yrs. or so. What ever God chooses I will do and accept. Had a port insertion last MOn. Was suppose to begin Chemotherapy the next day. But PTL the pain I had had for several months, Had decreased immensely. So they postponed the chemo. until after a PET scan to confirm. That the tumors had decreased. Enough to allow th e bile to flow normally. Instead of backing up into my stomache. Well my point is this: Just keep on praying and praying and relying on our Prescious Saviour. To answer our prayers and guide our physicians to the rt. treatments etc. God Bless your friend in Christ Carla
