I lost my husband two months ago today to glioblastoma multiforme grade 4. There is a site called Brain Hospice. It's at http://www.brainhospice.com and it's got the most accurate time line. It tells you what to expect and how to tell when the end is coming. It will really help you a lot and it was right on word for word for my husband.
