Squamous Cell Cancer of The Vulva

My wife was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Cancer
of the Pernium. She underwent Radiation and
Chemo Therapy which shrank the tumor, but upon a
physical examination the surgeon said to operate
and remove the cancer and that she would need a
colostomy which was done. This was done in
August of 2005.
After recovery from sugery she started to have
lesions again and after biopsy, the doctors said
the cancer had returned. The cancer did not
spread to any other organs. It is now December
and
they left her with the option to have more Chemo
Therapy and said it would probably not help her.
I recently have been researching different
treatments that might help her. The one that I
am interested in is Focused Ultrasound Therapy
or HIFU. If anyone knows where I can find
someone who does this type of therapy on the
east coast it would be greatly appreciated.
