Drugs That Affect Tarceva

Hello,

My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer a couple months ago. Next month we will see if her body accepts it and if it works for her. At the moment she is taking a few vitamins. 25000IU Vitamin A, 500mcg Vitamin B12, 5g Vitamin C, 800IU Vitamin D, 800IU Vitamin E, 400mg CoQ10, 200mcg Selenium, 20mg Melatonin, and a One a Day for Womens. My question is that, if you are taking this vitamins, will it affect the effectiveness of the tarceva and will it effect the compatability of the tarceva to a person.

Thankyou,
Tony Y.

Tarceva

No documented interactions between Tarceva and those vitamins. The only thing like that you shouldnt take is St Johns wort, which some people use for depression.
