I has heartened to read you note about chemo.
My ovarian cancer has returned and I have refused chemo and looking for other alternatives. How long have you been going and are you taking other things.

i initially had surgery in 2002 t6 months of carbo taxol remission for 2 yrs returned in jan 2005 been on chemo since have great lifestyle stillable to work been on doxil, carbo taxol which i reacted to carbo and can no longer take this is very common though remained on taxol for several months but no remission my numbers just started to elevate past month and we changed to topotecan the cat scan has showed no progression of disease even though the numbers jumped from 42 to 77 my ca 125 has always been very accurate so i really count on it the longer we can keep going the better our chances new treatments are coming in every day and if we all keep intouc h may be we will be on the receiving end of the big breakthrough lots of luck on your journey only you can make decisions for yourself you need to be comfortable in your choices i will keep you in my prayers good luck
