Small Cell Prostate Cancer

I have small cell prostate cancer. Gleason 5+5=10. Has anyone out there survived this type of cancer? Have had 18 chemos and 40 rads. Now Doc wants to start me on 20 Topotecan. Bone, CT, PET scans clear, but TURP shows persistant high grade cancer of the prostate.
