Stage d2

My father has been diagnosed with d2 advanced prostate cancer. He is taking casodex, celebrex twice a day and just started the lupron shots every 4 months. Can anyone give me any tips? I don't want to stop in trying to help him feel better and fight this terrible cancer. He has pain in his back and pelvic area. He is 68 years old. Please help with any suggestions, it would be so appreciated.
