Tarceva

My husband's uncle has metastatic ca (liver, lungs, kidneys, esophagus, etc). I am a R.N. and am curious what the success rate for Tarceva is? I am unfamiliar with this med. Does anyone know what if there have been studies on this med?

I, also, sympathize/empathize with all of you having to endure this crap.

Tarceva

This is a fairly new drug. Not a lot of info on it. They provide info at tarceva.com to get all the details. I use this drug and it seems to be working. I've had it since april and I had one of the cancerous lymph removed because it killed it. The side effects are the least I've encounter since starting this journey.
