      <title>Localized Pancriotic Cancer?</title>
      <description>Hi My grandad has just been diangosed with Panctriotic cancer 
but its "localized" - im not too sure what this means. The 
doctors are deciding weather he need surgery to have it 
removed...... Can anyone help?</description>
