      <title>Angiosarcoma</title>
      <description>My Best friend was diagnosed last week with Angiosarcoma.  He is in the hospital now.  He is 27.  Does anyone know anything positive that has worked for treatment.  I have been told there is no cure....any information would help</description>

I was in trhe hospital for two weeks recovering from the operation and am still recovering at home.&amp;nbsp; Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.&amp;nbsp;LarryT&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>October 2005 - Surgery to remove original angiosarcoma tumor on back.December 2005 - Two tumors in lungs - Doctors wouldn&amp;#39;t operate.January 2006 - Began Nexavar (Sorafanib) pills 4/day.July 2006 - One lung tumor disappeared.&amp;nbsp; The other shrunk in half.&amp;nbsp; They operated to remove the regrowth on back and the remaining half tumor in lungs.February 2007 - Surgery to remove tumor under left armMarch 2007 - Surgery to remove tumor under right arm pit.&amp;nbsp; Off Nexavar.&amp;nbsp;May 2007 - Large growth on back in original site and additional tumor growing on side.&amp;nbsp; CT Scan didn&amp;#39;t show anything inside yet.&amp;nbsp; Began Avastin...want to add additional chemo and am looking into least side effects.&amp;nbsp;</description>

I have been told there is no cure....any information would helpsorry to hear about your friend. i am 22 and i was diagnosed with an angiosarcoma in my right maxillary sinus and my chances were not very good. just wanted to let you know there is hope and just think positive. going through cancer is something that has changed my life and i just wanted to let you know if you have any questions feel free to ask me. hope everything works out for your friend.s</description>
