(60 yrs old GBM) But I have also mentioned my neighbor who also had GBM. He (Chuck 56 yrs old) passed away today. I am so thankful I went to visit the day before yesterday and tell him what a true warrior he was and how proud I was of him. The neighbors were all there to say goodbye in such a lovely setting. Candles and music and tears. Lots and lots of tears but some for knowledege he no longer suffers. I told his partner that Chuck is soaring, he is not gone just somewhere else.I truly believe that. My heart is weary but I treasure the friendship I had and the compasion I gained during someone elses true heartache.
