my Dad Too

My dad also just found out he has cancer. Leukemia. I tried to be strong but he knows when something is wrong with me. I am lucky though. I live just 30 minutes away from him and can go with him to the hospital for tests. I went with him for his bone marrow test. I was really glad I went because he had a hard time with it and could not drive home after. I realize that it is hard to find the right words to say but for me the only thing to say is " I Love You & I Am Here For You In Any Way You Need Me To Be." That is how I cope with everything. I would really like to find support from others that have a parent with cancer. I guess it is to show myself that I am not alone in this battle to keep my father here with me for alot longer.
