my Dad Just Found Out he Has Pancteatic Cancer After Beating Lung Cancer

my Father just found out a few months ago that he now has pancreatic cancer. He is going through Chemo again and this time it is making him VERY VERY tired. and not to mention constipation. he has not had a bowl movement for six days. The doctor ordered up a x-ray. to make sure that everything was ok. They have given him something to drink that is suposed to help him have a bowel movement. does anyone out there have any helpful info on how to help the bowels move(i'm pretty sure it is from the chemo). Also, would anyone out there have any positive advise about pancreatic cancer, possibly beating it. My dad has a very positive attitude and absoluly refuses to give up. I feel so bad for both of my parents. they have been together since they was 16 and they are both now 67 years old now. I pray the good Lord will not tare these two love birds away from each other but will give them just a while longer. cancer is torture, not only for the patient but for the loved ones as well. I pray for ALL on this cancer compas. that God will one day give a instint cure. any info that anyone has would greatly be apreciated. Thank you all and god bless.
