Fucoidan

Has anybody heard of Fucoidan,,,, it seems to be the ultimate supplement according to the information I have found,,notably at the National Library of Medicine, where there are over 600 documented studies / reports about this substance and it's benefits / affects on the body and cancer cells specifically... I have found an available supplement in gel form that is very good tasting and contains 250 mg of fucoidan per serving / dose,, I was wondering if anyone has used any supplements containing fucoidan and what were thier results if any,,,,

Re: Fucoidan

Hi Shirley,

I can tell you about liquid fucoidan, which my dad is taking for stage 3 lung cancer. He was advised to take the most potent form of fucoidan available, which we were told was contained in a product called Original Limu, which is a liquid fucoidan that is in a papaya puree base and tastes wonderful. This particular formulation is from a patented flash process which does not destroy the key nutrients, unlike the powdered or gel forms. I recently met an English professor/writer in my area who had been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer, and was told to check into hospice...he went on this particular limu therapy protocol and now has the blood work documentation to back up what the product has done for him.I would be happy to ask him if he would share his phone number with you. We are in the Denver Colorado area.

We have been so overwhelmed by the positive results to this product that I started ordering it wholesale (I am taking it prophylactically myself since I lost my mother to esophageal/stomach/intestinal cancer 7 years ago and both paternal grandparents before her)and was so pleased with the results that I decided to become a distributor.

Please let me know if I can give you any additional information or be of help. I am documenting my dad's progress as well, so that I can eventually share it with others. God bless and good luck to you.

Fucoidan

Agel is the name of the company you are looking for that supplies fucoidan in a gel form.
It also has other nutriants in gel form that is needed on a daily basis for optimal health.
Antioxidants and a weight lose formula are just some of the many great gels this company has. From personal experence I can honestly say that they all work.

Positive Results With Fucoidan

Sharon i found your mesage after a google search. i am a chiropractor and distributor for a fucoidan gel supplement. I have a customer, whose sister has two spots on her lungs, wants to know how much to take and how soon to see results. i am curious to tell her about other people's situations and i am looking for research on the internet. most of it notes how much of a staple seaweed is in the diets of certain populations so i assume it should be taken with every meal. please provide your comments. thanks.

Fucoidan Supplementation

Dr. Lisa Ann,
I don't know much about fucoidan gel and its relative potency compared to ingesting fucoidan as part of a whole food in its live form. I checked out the NIH for research studies on fucoidan and that's when I decided to become a distributor for Original Limu. I know people who are taking the liquid form (my own dad included)and are using an unofficial dietary protocol that starts with 4 ounces a day and progressives to 12 ounces at the peak of ingestion, for a minimum of 90 days.

We have thankfully seen good results but I know this is largely dependent on each individual's body chemistry. Sorry I don't have any information about fucoidan gel.Have you checked the web for information aoubt the natives of Tonga in the South Pacific? I know this has been a staple in their diet for over 3000 years, and I recently met a fellow who grew up in Samoa and remembers harvesting limu moui (the seagrass in its native form) with his brother as children and selling it to their neighbors.

Good luck.

Thanks Sharon

thanks for the fast reply, i have been on the webcast with the scientists from agel. of course they say the product is only a nutritional supplement and they cannot direct their comments to a specific condition, i can't compare the gel product to the liquid product you are familiar with. i am trying to figure out the equivalent measurement of gel to 4-5 grams of a capsule form of U-Fn, which was recomended from another website based on their own emperical findings, so i can give a recommendation to my customer. the label says one gel pack a day, so i am trying to find out if that equals the typical diet of the natives, or if more than one packet is a suitable therapeutic amount for someone whose immune system is under stress. thanks again.

Hi, I just read your email on the Cancer Compass site, I do not know what Orginal Limu will do for tumors, but I can tell you what it has done for my mother, my BIL, my nephew and myself. My mother is diebetic using insulin, she has been taking Limu for a long time, she didn't realize until she stopped taking Limu how much it helped in regulating her blood sugar. My BIL had high blood pressure/heart problems, started taking Limu and blood pressure is now normal, no longer taking pills. My nephew has intestinal problems, since taking Limu, he is problem free.My blood pressure suddenly shot way up, my heart was racing, went to the ER, sat for 4 hrs., got up and left, that night I ordered Limu, got started and BP/Heart is now under contol, and how I know it is the Limu, I didn't take it 2 days last week, and BP/Heart acted up again. So I guess the only way to know if something works is to use it, then stop and you will know pretty fast if it was working or not.I became a distributor of Limu so I could get it cheaper. I think that is the best way to go if you plan on taking it long term, there is a lady in Texas that you could talk to, she is very good at helping with medical conditions and could maybe help you more than I can with Limu. I trust her with my life, she will talk to you about your health and then advise what to do/take. She has a very interesting story about her life, herbs and supplements on her website and will tell you when she talks to you about it. I hope it helps you if you decide to try it.

I believe once they hit the stomach, they form into a gel like substance and youhave to drink lots of water. At this time, I can't say what the results are because I really have had no side effects. Any update of the results of Fucoidan?

I was wondering how effective fucoidan is for the fight against rhumatoid arthritis? I have just been diagnosed at the age of 43 and am not particularly interested in taking prescription drugs. It appears to me that there are many people (affiliates) pushing Fucoidan for their own self gain. Does anybody have any truths in the benefits of the use of Fucoidan with rhumatoid arthritis or is it all heresay??Liz

Although I have not tried the gel form I have seen many positive results with the liquid form Limu, in larger quantities, especially when combined with a whole health program. Keeping the frequency of the body up is essential to healing the area. When given what it needs it is a remarkable healer. For more info respond to this msg and and I will gladly speak with you about this product, send info., or direction if I can help.
