I had a neobladder operation 2 months ago,March 9,2006, while urinating tonight I noticed blood in the urine.This is the first time I noticed this .Every other time I urinated today it was normal.I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else who has had a neobladder operation . Nervously awaiting someones input into this matter. Mike52 Mike52 Sun, 07 May 2006 00:00:00 GMT Hi Mike, It was around two or three month post op that I saw some blood in my mucus it happened a couple of times had the doc check me out and there was nothing wrong and it has never happened again. call you doctor this morning just to be sure. I only had a little are you seeing alot? I know any blood is too much for us. good luck and keep me posted. I fouldnt worry tooo muuch just yet but do look into an infection. Deb Heart Sat, 13 May 2006 00:00:00 GMT Hi, I had my bladder and prostate removed Jan 20, 2006. Since then, every once in awhile, I have spots of blood. My doctor said it is because of an infection, but he never tells me the kind of infection. I don't believe he knows.
