Lebed Exercise Class Help Alleviate Side Effects

Our cancer center recently started offering the lebed method of exercise, a system designed to stimulate the lymph system, and relieve lymphedema--I don't have lymph involvement, but decided to take the class anyhow for its immune system stimulation--I seem to have fewer and less intense side effects from doxil --(mouth sores, itchy skin, hand-foot, constipation--fatigue --all are almost miraculously relieved and alleviated. Everyone taking the class says they feel rejuvenated - at least in spirit. I have a lot more energy and enthusiasm. So I am recommending it to everyone who takes chemo or who has lymphedema.
