There was a person with irregular periods and pain and it sounds exactly like what I went through and I was diagnosed with Adnomiosis (a version of Endometriosis) You should have a internal ultrasound. They first told me it was probably a bladder infection, which it wasn't, and I told them I wanted an internal ultrasound.
