I don't know if it is just the age of my Beezer (11.5 yrs) or if these can be just normal type "barnacles" that develop along the mouthline. Some of it can be washed off like eye debris, however, Beezer is now very sensitive in that area, and it now takes him longer to eat. Normally he just chows down and is finished eating in seconds.
