Doxil Rash?

About a week after my first round of Doxil to treat ovarian cancer, I woke up with what looked like a couple hundred sand fly bites. That was 6 days ago and now they have spread over my arms and legs and torso. Oncologist shakes his head and sez, not bug bites. I would like to know if this is going to get worse with the next treatment because I'm itching insanely. Also, is it recommende to administer steriods with the chemo? Any help appreciated.
