I have been assigned to a clinical trial group using the perifosine drug. At first I took 24 pills one day a week, 6 pills at each meal and bedtime. After four weeks I became very weak and lost blood because of a hemroid. I was taken off that group and assigned to the group that takes one pill each day at bedtime.
