Cancerous Lymph Nodes Hyperthermia (heat Treatment) Therapy

Hello, Seeking info about who may have had HYPERTHERMIA therapy. I am not referring to the small machines, but to a place, a legitimate treatment center. Has anyone received this therapy? I am seriously considering the therapy to reduce the swollen lymph nodes in size, prevent metastisizing and possibley destroy the cancer cells. Following rectal surgery, my groin/inguinal lymph nodes are cancerous. I have a permanent ostomy pouch which requires a lot of care. My surgeon will not remove the lymph nodes because coupled with the ostomy pouch, the removal would cause leg edema=misery. I have heard of successful results from HYPERTHERMIA therapy. It is often applied with some chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I have located 2 reliable places where H. is offered. One is in Hannover, Germany, the other is in Tokyo, Japan. I do not rely on H. alone, I incorporate many healing modalities. To name a few=prayer, nutrition, Yoga, Q Gong, exercise and a generally positive outlook on life, glad to be alive attitude! Thank you for this great communication tool. m.j.

Hyperthermia

You can go to www.treatwithheat.com and find a number of facilities that offer hyperthermia with FDA approved equipment. Good luck in your search.

a Thank You to "bikeman" re Hyperthermia Info

Appreciate your respnse to my request about Hyperthermia and where to locate therapists for this heat treatment. I have contacted one doctor nearby, in Palo Alto, CA. Am waiting to set up an appointment with them. Have another question here. I would like to go back to that website and print it out in the event this doctor does not work out but here's the problem. Two days ago, the website you sent me worked but today 07/28/06 I cannot pull it up? The website you gave me is www.treatwithheat.com
Can you advise? Thank you. arigato

RE: Cancerous Lymph Nodes Hyperthermia (heat Treatment) Therapy

This is a late reply, but I just read about hypothermia. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in 1973. I had a fever at the time which lasted for more than four months. I had a biopsy on my right clavical node. It was removed. Five doctors said I had cancer and they couldn't decide what to do. So, one of the doctors in charge said to the others, " lets just send him home, he's going to die anyway". I was never treated with anything for cancer, but it dissapeared. The lymph nodes in my abdomen are now mostly calcified. And the fever of more than four months, I'm told, killed the cancer off. I've researched sauna therapy and many expets agree that it can in fact kill off cancer. Now, here I am today in December of 2007. And guess what? Right! I have cancer again. This time I have rectal cancer. Was diagnosed more than a year ago. I have refused chemo, radiation, and surgery. I pay $20.dollars a month to use the local hotel dry heat sauna for about thirty minutes 4 times a week. The cancer at last PET scan was stable. I feel good. I 'm not looking for a cure. I'm trying to live as long as I can.My diet consists of about 90% raw greens, 3 ounces of fresh fish, some supplements and physical exercise along with a few supplements. This is my own true story.
