      <title>neuro-endocrine Merkel Cell in two lymph nodes/neck</title>
      <description>CAT, MRI, Octreotide, PET do not show a primary site.  Doctors disagree on treatment. One says radical surgery, one says no surgery, no chemo but radiation.  Third one says never do radiation on neck: "wait and see".  Has anyone had a similar situation?</description>
