Reliv Suppliment

I have recently heard from friends that there is a suppliment for cancer patients called Reliv.
It has been around for some time, and I wondered if there is anyone out there taking "Reliv NOW". It appears to be something like Ambrotose, only better.
Before trying itI would like to hear from others using it.
Thanks

Reliv

Hi,
Tried it ...didn't like it. I have Dr. Hsia in California- New Health that I think is better and lots less expense. Some of the things at Cancer treatment centers are not bad.
Also try the goji juice. There are several out he market... get a good one. Himilyan goji is 90% wolfberry/goji.

Reliv

Michael,
Forgive me if I'm out of line for responding. I browse cancer sites getting all the information I can for my father, who has bone cancer. I take Reliv products myself. I have heard numerous stories from other cancer patients and survivors who have had phenomonial results on these products. Just wanted to share with you. I'll be glad to put you through to some of these people if you are ever interested.

Reliv Supplement

Hi there,
I also have heard amazing stories about people who have cancer who started taking Reliv and experienced amazing results. I am on the products and have started my father on them as well, as he has lung cancer. The doctors comment on how strong and well he is doing despite his side effects from chemo and radiation. If you are interested in more stories, I also can put you in contact with some.

Reliv is not a cancer supplement but a food supplement that gives the body the nutrition it needs to heal itself. It is good for many different illnesses and prevention.I have been using it for about 7 months and have got amazing results with fibromyalgia,CFS,IBS and migraines. My step-mom has kidney cancer, she had one of her kidneys removed almost 2 yrs ago and never recovered from the surgery. She just had no energy, had trouble keeping anything down even water at times, and just felt horrible. She is feeling much better since taking reliv and is not spending so much time in bed......themommie

I am a bit curious about the reliv program. I have been taking reliv for about 3 weeks now, I finished up with this round of chemo in April. I have taken chemo treatments for 5 years now for ovarian cancer. I was interdosed to reliv about 4 months ago. I tried to start reliv while on chemo and was unable to take, it just was too much of a change for my system. I have been on calls with my sponor, and when my body tells me anything negative while I'm taking the product, my sponor keeps informing me its not the reliv.I have listen to many testimonies given by people who have had cancer, to be honest they all sound like a paid commerical at the end of the call. I don't want to be a negative person. But I would like to know the facts about this product. If it was all that these people say, looks like the whole world would be on reliv and live forever. Is there anyone who has passed away while taking reliv? I think if there's someone out there like myself who has just started the program, that I can speak with, instead of someone who has been on the program longer and they forget what they experience when first taking reliv, would help keep someone on the program Curious

I have been taking Reliv, but my distributor is moving and am thinking about trying something else. I would like to hear more about the product you mentioned from Life Force. Do they have products roughly equivalent to Reliv's?On 6/11/2007 Mom27plus wrote:I was in Reliv for about two years and heard a lot of people who'd been helped with using Reliv for their cancers and other serious health issues, so don't give up. It's not a miracle cure so yes, there have been some who didn't live using it. They definitely don't make health claims that it'll cure. Also in answer to not being able to keep it down, I haven't had chemo, but I can imagine it's hard to keep anything down. But with that said, I have to admit, I'm in another company that I like better called Life Force International that doesn't have synthetics in their products like Reliv does. Their main product, Body Balance, has aloe vera and sea vegetables which is very healing and helps our cells communicate. Dr. Blobel won a Nobel Prize for finding that our cells "bump" into each other unless they have have special sugars called glyconutrients to help cells talk to each other. It's liquid and taste like a flat cherry pop so may be easier for you to take. It's worth a look since it's not a juice or pill supplement. It's all organic and they give away a free quart for the $7.95 shipping. And just like Reliv, they have folks who've been helped using it.

I'm glad you want to know your options and check out Life Force after using Reliv, then you can compare easier. Reliv is helping thousands of people, including me when I used Classic, Innergize, FibRestore and SoySensials for my menopause, depression, backache and leg cramps. Now I use Life Force's Body Balance and OsteoProCare, their liquid calcium, and am getting better health results for 1/3 the cost. And I know of countless other folks who have compared and are finding Life Force comes out on top.Their main product, Body Balance, is aloe vera and sea vegetables which are high in essential sugars (glyconutrients) which are key to helping our cells communicate. I didn't know much about it either until I found Life Force. There's other fine companies that promote essential sugars too, for one Mannatech, although I've heard they are a bit more pricey and not as tasty as Body Balance's natural cherry taste or as convenient. I know lots of people who use Body Balance and have been helped with all sorts of health issues including cancer which is a huge concern, but every company has a ton of health result stories, so the big thing is if it works for you. They give a free quart to check it out. I'm not sure if it's okay to say it here, but let's give it a try. Go to www.lifeforcefamily.com and type in ID#20575568. There's $7.95 shipping (UPS man doesn't deliver for free) and I'll cancel the autoship that's attached. It's unbelievable to me how people don't eat better or want to supplement their food. I can give you statistics how our soil is depleted, hormones and pesticides are everywhere, and junk food rules our tongue. We think we're invincible and our bodies are flat out giving up. Prevention is the huge key to good health. Even when we get drug down and out with cancers and diseased bodies, we can heal ourselves by eating quality nutrition, exercising, getting out in the fresh air and living more stress free which is only possible if we trust our Father who wants us to be happy and attracting positive energy into our lives. Got on a soapbox, didn't I?!!

RE: Reliv Supplement

When I was in Reliv, I used to tell people that we didn't have synthetics in the products until I received this information below from the company: "Reliv follows the FDA guidelines and manufacturing practices, but the products are not classified as foods found in grocery stores. Reliv's products are not whole foods. The source of the nutrients in the products is from foodstuffs and synthetics as Reliv' uses both synthetic and natural vitamins and minerals. "We use no ingredients, which are considered unacceptable by the FDA. We purchase them in powdered form from leading food ingredient companies and formulate them into finished products." Hilda K. HansenReliv Product InformationReliv' International Inc. I also remember Carl Hastings telling us at conference that our bodies don't know the difference between synthetic and natural which is what I told countless people who didn't want to use synthetics. I finally gave up and found a company that has natural ingredients, such we find in Life Force products and other nutritional companies. Quote from http://www.munising.com/vitamins.html "...The synthetic vitamin producers and sellers all claim that synthetic vitamins have the same molecular structure as the Natural whole plant, and are therefore the same or at least have the same effect. They never tell you that the polarity of the synthetic is opposite to the Natural and has the opposite effect. Synthetic vitamins always refract light, the opposite of the Natural Organic vitamin complexes. This suggests that you do not get protection from synthetic vitamins. In fact, the studies above show an actual loss of protection." For myself, I choose to feed my body the best I can to prevent cancers and immune diseases. And when cancer does strike, we need to fight it with natural, organic food. Synthetic? That's one of the reasons I left Reliv and joined Life Force. Then when I learned that we need to feed our cells first, it made sense. Get the cells talking and repairing years of stuffing ourselves with mega amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements that we think are being absorbed but our trillions of cells hardly recognize the nutrients. Think micro so the cells communicate! Here's more about it. http://www.attractgoodhealth.com/body_balance.html

This is a reply to curious who has had chemo treatments for cancer for the past 5 years. Hi there, so sorry to hear of your suffering, wow. I am very new to reliv and am not selling the product so I thought maybe you would like to hear from me. I went on it steady for about 3 weeks and didn't notice that much, maybe 2 of those days I had extra energy, this was during my allergy season though and I'm sure after 20 years of allergies nothing is going to help too quickly. I have been on it another 2 weeks now and am very excited. Every time I take it I experience extra energy and hope (allergies are over for the season). My friend says if I take it this year I may not experience any allergy symptoms next year. I do not have cancer and do not have any idea of how this product is supposed to be helping you. I take the innergize w/ the classic. Its working great for what I need.momto12

Since this is a cancer forum, I will stick to just cancer. We have had life changing results with Reliv for all of our health issues and seen results in others in everything mentioned in these posts. My husband had Carcinoid Cancer in 1998. It was in his intestines, 8 lymph nodes, and his liver. After surgery everthing was fine for awhile. His marker jumped up 2 years ago and he knew he was in trouble. Thank God for RELIV. He takes the Basic Classic, INnergized, Fibrestore, and ProVantage. He is doing FANTASTIC! We feel so blessed to have found Reliv.Beware that there are people on this forum that do not have cancer and have never been caregivers that are unethical and are taught to tear down Reliv and recruit to LIfe Force. Please be careful.!. Listen to us who have had results with Reliv and cancer, not those that are trying to promote and sell their product on this forum who haven't had cancer.God Bless You All!

I don't understand some of the bashing here, but whatever has worked
for someone, whatever it is, is a blessing. Be happy for them. I have
had cancer twice, and my doctor thought it looked like I was heading
for a 3rd. I was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago, and my health
had been deteriorating rapidly. I have been in the hospital for
numerous surgeries and in constant pain with infections. I have tried
many products and supplements as a lot of people have, and I have
experienced some positive results. I have to say; however, that the
Reliv product has really made a great difference in my overall health.
My chronic bronchitis has cleared after 3 years, my chronic urinary
tract infections I've had since I was a teenager has cleared, along
with numerous other health issues related to Lupus. If you have doubts
or questions and don't trust a distributor, which I can understand, why
not investigate further the head of each company you might have an
interest in. I wouldn't bother with hate sights or frivolous claims.
You might also contact the companies and ask about their ingredients,
etc. On 8/18/2006 Dudfield wrote:I have recently heard from friends that there is a suppliment for

Hello themommie & all others helpers,

I am helping & consulting with a friend abroad who has bladder cancer: her bladder is scheduled for removal in a month. She just started using Reliv last week. Working for Reliv Nutrition, I have been exposed to many people using Reliv Nutrition during or after breast cancer treatment but none with bladder cancer. Because I just saw what you mentioned in your message about your step mom and her bladder cancer, I believe this could be great encouragement & info. for my friend. Could you give me a little more detail about how she started and what she experienced? You can also contact me directly. I am myself a Reliv user, I really love the results, and have been allergies free for two years now! Thank you so much for your feedback and precious help for my friend.

Hi, I saw your question about reliv. I have only been taking it for one month now but already I have great results! I HAVE DEGENERTIVE DISC DISEASE, LUPUS, OSTEO ARTHRITIS AND RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, AS WELL AS FIBRAMUALGIA AND 6 DIFFERENT CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISEASES.I was supposed to have a total knee replacement , but now I don't hve to. It seems my body is creating a gel like cushion between the once grinding bones. I have energy now, where as before I was extremely fatigue. It takes 90 days for cells to completely turn over, so I wasn't expecting results yet. It truly is a life saver for me. I saw the other person's answere, I wonder if they took it long enough? Don't give up! I nknow of a man who had an inoperatible lumbar tumor and after 4 months the tumor shrunk up and he is now cancer free. He also had 3 little children to live for so he wasn't about to give up hope. Thank goodness he didn't! Reliv really helped him and it will help you too. I am not a sales rep for the product, but I feel it is my mission in life to tell everyone I can what it has done for me. I have lost 3 total knees and faced a scheduled amputation on at list 12 occassions. I have been on endless cemo that has almost killed me. And I have Polio. Since I started Reliv.: My immunity system has improved- I can now be around people. I can go shopping in Grocery stores and I don't come home and get sick right away or at all now. I have been off of chemo for 3 months now and I take 4 to 6 shakes of reliv classic or now with Energize daily. We did not labs again to day (a weekly occurrance) and all of my labs are normal. I don't mean ok. I mean for the first time since 2000 my SED rate is 3. My white count is 9, 200. My red blood count is 7.0 which is great for me and I now have no positive cultures for MRSA, MSSA in the bone, muscle, tissue, or blood. The doctors said this could never happen. I am 1 year out of this latest bout with the infection. I now have hope.I can't say reliv will work this way for you. I am not trying to be a sales person. I am trying to reach into my heart and tell you what a miracle this is being for me.I was completely antiobiotic resistant and had developed centeral nervous system toxiciity when taking any antiobiotics. Now, I don't have to depend on takeing an antibiotic every day that makes me so sick I can't get out of bed.I work about 3 to 4 hours a day on my business. I am able to clean my house. The best result I can tell you about is I had neck surgery 3 weeks ago. My spinal cord was 90% compressed. The doctors said because of the MRSA in the bone, the neck would not be able to heal.Well, The bones are already healed. I still wear the brace to protect it but I take care of my flower garden, I drive, I work, I am piece by piece picking my life back up.August 13, 2007, I will go in for one more surgery. I will have a total knee replacement for the 4th time. I think Relive will made a definate differance, in how I heal, I how I rehab and in how rapidly this occurs. Please feel free to email me. kmphillips@kc.rr.comTake care of you. Please do your research and learn more about the ingredients in Reliv. There are synthetics and sugar and artificial sweetners. Also become educated about consuming large amounts of soy...and sythetics. I have info on both if you you would like. Google is a great resource too. There are other nutrtional products out there that are safer, cheaper and lesser expensive. I have looked into 17-18 so far (I loose count) and am happy to share what I have found. I was amazed. After what I have learned, I would never take Reliv again. There is enough contiversy out there about the ingredients in Reliv products to warrant caution. I am here to help answer questions and concerns if I can.Get Educated! I have recently been diagnosed with stage 5 +4 prostate cancer and am looking for some assistance...my wife tells me that soy isn't the best route but why are there so many people with such postive results using Reliv? And why is there so much controversy on whether there are synthetics in Reliv or no? How can one know the truth? Is there a money trail for you with Life Force? I need to attack this cancer aggressively.
Dear dkchen, I totally understand that you need an honest answer and pray you're able to heal with the best remedy available, our Father's healing. It's actually the best resource we have, but can only be used when we're happy inside with a postive mental attitude. Otherwise anything you do will not work. I was in Reliv for almost two years, and it's a good product. The pro and con for soy is a heated debate and basically, I came to the conclusion that it's the quality of the soy and that it's better for older women. I don't use or recommend Reliv because of soy and sythetics in it, but you can study it out and decide for yourself. The products I use are Body Balance and OsteoProCare (or their 100%vegetarian OsteOmegaCare) from Life Force and they're giving me the same results for less money than taking four of Reliv's products. I like the concept of how aloe vera and sea vegetables work at the cellular level. I'm sorry the link didn't work to get a free quart. (Not sure if this link will be okay to post, but go to http://www.attractgoodhealth.com/bodybalance.html ) There you can read more about what I take.I like Life Force products, but there are a lot of good nutritional supplements that are giving thousands of people good health. None of them are cure-alls but just flat out good nutrition that most people don't get in the foods we eat, so when they start a supplement, they get results. If I were you, I'd grab ahold of one I believed in and take a lot lot lot lot of it. Every company has good health results to share, so it really comes down to what works for you.And as I mentioned, I'll pray for your healing. If you truly believe you can be healed, you will be able to do it. If you are fearful that it's taking over, it will. Attract His love and believe He will heal. His power works more than anything you can drink. Blessings to you, Marcia

Please, all you who have cancer or have had cancer or have especially a CHILD with cancer - run from RELIV as soon as you possibly can! Flee from this product!Google "dangers of soy" and read up on the first website that pops up. Documentation is provided for the link between soy and breast cancer. Soy acts like an estrogen in the breast and greatly increases the risk of estrogen-sensitive breast cancer. (This is why menopausal women ceased taking estrogen - HRT - to treat hot flashes: its impact upon breast cancer risk.)My 37yo. sister came down with estrogen-sensitive breast cancer. Her husband, a biomedical researcher at UVA who earned his post-doc degree at Johns Hopkins Medical School, poured himself into researching how to fight and prevent breast cancer. He will not permit my sister to TOUCH soy! Only the fermented versions of soy, such as tempeh, are risk-free and only in small quantities. Please, read up on "dangers of soy" for the sake of you and your loved ones, and recognize that Reliv despite all the hype may not be the best choice for you. Yes, good nutrition can accomplish miracles, and many of the anecdotes you read/hear may be true, but you can get your hands on great nutrition without turning to a soy-based supplement. And in the long run, you may run into life-threatening problems which come only after taking Reliv for many years. (It takes years for cancers to build.)

Did you get the #ID number so you can access the free bottle promotion? If you did, be sure to look into the taheebo. It is very good for cancer! I have personally met people who have had AMAZING cancer help with Life Force products. How has this helped CancerI once took Reliv. It helped but I lost my results after about a year and all I was ever told was to take more and more. I was already taking $250+ of product every month. Not to mention the product the rest of my family was consuming!...over $600 total! Now the whole family takes Life Force and we spend 1/4 of what we used to and have maintained results. I have my health back and finally feel hope about the future. It boils down to what works for you. There are tons of products out there. I researched MANY. I encourage you to do the same.Once I became educated, I got scared about what I learned about Reliv. We have a familiy history of colon and breast cancer....I want nothing to do with a product and company that suggests more is better when it comes to soy. Many blessings for a better quality of life.Become Educated!p.s. the Reliv stories are real but you only hear the positive results. Believe me when I tell you that there are plenty of negative ones. And have you noticed that they tell you to just "take more products" !?

RE: Reliv Supplement

I just looked up the Life Force website, and it states on the supplements that not all the ingredients are organic. Two of thier main supplements are not organic. I'm mainly doing this for research, my mother is selling Reliv, but I am skeptical, it seems the main reason people don't like Reliv is because they use synthetic vitamins, those who promote Life Force, yet even with Life Force, the products are not organic. Have you found drastic difference between the two? Has Life Force really improved your way of life? As I have heard, and probably you as well, that cheaper does not always mean better, so I guess I ask has Life Force lived up to it's name? Don't get me wrong, I don't like to promote anything with false advertising, but I am into selling nutrition, I will soon be a fitness trainer/ nutrional specialist, so just wondering what your thoughts are... *Don't take this the wrong way, I am just researching and wondering what your experience has truly been. Thanks for your time :)

You don't need to abandone the products because your distributor ismoving!! You can order the products directly and continue to stay intouch with your distributor through email or phone. Yourdistributor also has an "upline" sponsor whom you can talk to if youwant another perspective. If your distributor stops working withReliv for any reason, you would be connected to the upline personanyway. Reliv only works when people take it consistently - Idon't know of anyone who has left Reliv unless they didn't take itenough to get the results, or unless they didn't take itcorrectly. There really isn't anything else out there thataccomplishes the same thing. Are you taking enough? Are youtaking it every day? Are you taking the correct Relivproduct? Be sure before you give up. There is nothing elseout there with this many patents, and no other company with Reliv'scredentials. They are ethical, work at the cutting edge, have thehighest quality ingredients produced under excellent conditions, andthe company has been honored so many times that it's the "go-to"company for people who have tried other products and failed to get theresults they need.

Whenever you introduce something new into your diet, it's important todo it gradually. Your body also has a lot of toxins due to thechemo and those are stored in the liver. When you first start onReliv, those toxins may start to be released. I assume that youstarted on a little bit of Reliv and now are working your way up tomore. If you started on a full dose, talk to other reliv peopleabout being more gradual, especially with everything else that's goingon in your body. And DO tell people if you feel they don't knowwhat you're going through - they should work with you, and I would besurprised if they didn't. Do you have a Reliv meeting nearyou? It's a great place to meet others who are at varying stagesof product use - 15 years, 5 years, 5 months, and so on. Threeweeks is awfully soon to get full and major results, especially with somuch cancer treatment, so do hang in there.
