Daisy

I have been reading this site since last Friday, when I found out my 10 year-old Dachsund, Daisy has TCC. I am beyond devastated. She had 4 doses of Peroxicam when she became violently ill with blood in her vomit and stool. She is still having much difficulty overcoming her diarrhea. My vet is not much into holistic stuff, mostly due I think to lack of experience and knowledge. He doesn't know anything about Graviola but I was wondering if anyone knew how much to give a 20 pound dog. Although the vet wants to start Daisy up again on Peroxicam, at half the previous dosage every 48 hours (instead of 36), I am so reluctant because of how much she has suffered over the past 5 days. The Cemetidine she was taking obviously didn't protect her GI tract. Anyway, thank you all for all of your input and support you give to one another on this site, it is so helpful.
