Recurrent Hodgkins Lymphoma

I have an 18 year old son who was in remission with Hodgkins Lymphoma for almost 5 years. His recent PET and CT scans show that it is back. We had our first visit with the new oncologist yesterday and were told that it is very rare for Hodgkins to recur this late in the game. I have been looking all over to try to find information regarding statistics and treatment, to no avail. I am aware that it may not be Hodgkins this time. We are scheduled for a bone marrow biopsy and lymphatic biopsy next week. Does anyone know a good place where I might get some insight into what we are up against? My son is also Autistic and Diabetic, so he can't always tell me how he feals emotionally or physically. I need a good resource for information, please.
