Bladder Cancer Occurence in Twins

Can anyone tell me if there is any evidence or findings, or does anyone know of bladder cancer occuring in twins? Male/Female.

Twin brother has bladder cancer already spread to the lymph glands outside of the bladder. Should I be concerned? We are 41, both have smoked.

Thank You. I am going to be checked as well, but am still trying to help Bobby. He has been re-admitted to hospital this time he is coughing up blood. They keep saying pneumonia, but I have my doubts. It has been 6 weeks. He is extremely thin and weak and is taking a lot of pain medication.

My prayers and wished go out to you for a full recovery.

Just a quick update. The cancer has spread; it was not pneumonia but 2 large masses in his left lung. We have brought him home to Pittsburgh from Ohio, as the Doctor's there said all they could do is give him palliative treatment and try to keep him comfortable. Well they have not. His pain is never under control. I have made an appointment with him at Hillman Cancer Center and maybe even CTCA, but I don't want him so far away. Since we are adopted he is all I have that is truly a bloodline, since we do not know our biological parents. Thank you for all the kind words. God Bless and wishes you recover completely from this terrible disease. I never knew life could be quiet so tough as it is now.
