Malignant Insulinoma/islet Cell Carcinoma

I have had islet cell carcinoma (insulinoma) for 7 yrs. I have had chemo, surgery, temedor/thalidomide, Lutieum/octreotate in the Netherlands four times, embolization, and avastin/carboplatinum/abraxane. I am wondering if anyone out there has any other ideas for treatment or experience w/ this disease. thanks. tajbrown
Also, I considered Cancer "Treatment centers of america but it is soo unaffordable . Does anyone know how to afford the therapy there?
