- November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

- Purple Ribbons show you support pancreas cancer research or that you are affected in some way by pancreas cancer (like the pink ribbon is for breast cancer)

November

I lost my husband two months ago after a 7 month battle... he was only 35. I looked up if pancreatic cancer had a month and it does, November. I work at a tv station and have made it clear how important it is that we show our support. We do stories for breast, colon, prostate and lung cancer ... we must also do something for pancreatic cancer. I know I can't bring my husband back but I will do my best to make sure that pancreatic cancer is not forgotten about.
