Sucess With Vitamin c iv Treatment For Melanoma?

I have Stage IV metastic melanoma - one tumor on right leg and one on the left leg. I had interferon treatments 4 years ago for Stage III melanoma and the side effects of the interferon were so bad I will never take it again. I was told Vitamin C IV treatments has success in killing cancer and shrinking tumors. Anyone had any success getting the Vit C IV treatments for melanoma, especially stage IV?

Melanoma

My mother has the same thing. She was diagnosed a little over a
year ago. It started with a mole on her leg, which they removed
along with a couple of lymph nodes in her groin. Six months
later she was given a clean bill of health and told if anything
changes contact her oncologist.

Five months later her groin swelled and became
inflammed with fever. She returned to her oncologist and he
took a biopsy, which verified stage IV metastic melanoma.

All I know is that since starting her chemo in August 2006 all she
craves is Orange Juice. She won't hold anything else down, but
the orange juice always stays down and she's been drinking a ton
of it. We return for another PET/CT scan on Monday, so I will
keep you posted as to whether her chemo and orange juice has
helped to shrink her tumor. Just wanted you to know. Charlene

Your Mother

Thank you for responding to my email. I started the Vitamin C IV treatments this week and they have made me feel very achy - almost like getting chemo. So I don't think I will be continuing them. The doctor said they've never seen any other patients get this reaction.

There are a number of studies out that have shown Vitamin C to be effective in killing cancer cells - so go Mom! I will be praying for her.

I also take Mannatech products. They are glyconutrients (powder and pill form) which help the body heal at the cellular level. I've heard and seen great testimonials of people who have experienced healing for many things with them, including cancer. You could google Mannatech and probably read all about it. You can also email me if you have any questions.

God bless,

You

Hi Elizabeth,

Thank you for responding. My mom is taking Temador. Her
doctor gave her the maximum dose, first round, but it dropped
her blood levels to critically low and put her in the hospital for
three days with platelet transfusions and a WBC transfusion. The
second time around he put her on a lessor dose and she did
much better - so far -- the last time it hit her two-weeks after
taking her first round. I will place you on my daily prayer list as I
lift you and mom up in prayer each morning. I completely believe
in the power of prayer. May God bless you and I'll keep in touch.
