Not Diagnosed

I am from Syria, asking help diagnosing my brother (41 years) case.
His condition description is as follows :
Initially, Since about 2 months felt painful axillary lymph node which has been eradicated and the pathology report said it is metastatic poorly deferential adenocarcinoma .
conducted surveys are the following :
.	Chest CT scan
.	Abdomen CT scan
.	Upper ,lower and chest screening
.	Mammogram
.	Bones test
.	Blood test
All the previous surveys were negative.
Now his treatment is cobalt 60 radiation only.
So far we dont know the accurate diagnosis of the situation.
Does PET scan helps? and what other surveys we ca go for?
Please advise as soon as possible
