Stages of Bladder

My Dog Bo is a 10yr old American Eskimo. He was diagnosed with a bladder tumor 6 weeks ago. The vet said it was the size of a baseball and was very aggressive. He was given 6 weeks to live. He doesn't seem to be in pain and is still really active. He was taking an anti-inflammitory for the first 2 weeks but that is it. Within the last 2 weeks it seems like he has lost control of his urination. He had been peeing blood and straining to urinate but was able to hold his pee. Does anyone know how bad he is at this point. Does anyone have any advice as to when I should put him down. I'm really still trying to cope with this as he is my Baby. Any advice would be appreciated.
