I'm 20 years old and I have been dipping for 3-4 years. Over the past month, I've had this on and off sore throat/sore in the back of my throat. It seems to act up when I stay up late or drink and smoke cigarettes. Other than those times, it doesn't really effect me. It started acting up today again and I looked in the mirror and saw a kind of sore looking thing in the back of my throat. It's kind of white. I'm scared it could be leukoplakia or something else. If anyone has had a similar experience and can shed some light on this issue, please do. Thanks!! If there is anything there to scrape or biopsy and send to a pathology lab to be looked at under a microscope, that is the specialty that does that. Even if you are lucky this time, you may not be so lucky next time. You don't want to be here in a few years writing another note that starts with "they saw a spot on my chest x-ray. If anyone has had a similar experience and can shed some light on this issue, please do."
