Sarcomatoid Rcc & Clinical Trial

Hi,

My name is Tony and I'm 39 years old. I was diagnosed with sarcomatoid rcc in January of 2006, with metastases in the adrenal gland, lymph nodes, and lungs. I was placed on Avastin/Gemzar/Adriamycin for 2 months, after which some tumors regressed slightly (but the treatment was taking me down). I then tried Sutent for 2 months and failed that (i.e. cancer progressed). I then went on Avastin/Gemzar/Xeloda/Interferon for 2 months, but didn't tolerate the Interferon and the cancer still progressed. I then went on hospice care for about 3 months, during which I felt great, and the cancer progressed only slightly. I'm about to go on a clinical trial combining Sorafenib (Nexavar) with AMG 386. Any feedback would be appreciated!
