Does anyone know of any over the counter or prescription to take with Temodar to manage the constipation? Thanks for helpful ideas. Lindymo Mon, 11 Dec 2006 00:00:00 GMT Does her doc know?  I would start with a mild approach like drinking plenty of fluids, eating a high fiber diet and getting gentle exercise. Great news!If this treatment proves positive on the tests on Jan 8 we will begin the process with some otc meds to help this from the begining.
