Pancreases cancer and Nutrition

I had a tumor on the Ampulla Vader, the connection of the common bile duct to the small intestine consequently I received a Whipple. This removed the duodenum, because this was so close to the pancreas they call it pancreases cancer, the head of the pancreas was also removed and now I have two bile ducts. My liver numbers are still high and my C19-9 is 54 a little high. I had a ERCP scope 2 weeks ago and everything looked good, the bile duct to the liver was aspirated and no sign of tumors. I have an issue with gas and dumping syndrome, I am looking for Nutrition help, everything I find tells me to eat fiber, vegetables, beans etc. All this dose is make me gassier and crap six to nine times a day. We like fish and we do not eat fried foods. Any suggestions.

Most people with cancer have a body Ph that is acidic - cancer cells love acid. You need to up your intake of minerals - most minerals are alkaline and will help to returm you bodies Ph to slightly alkaline. You can test you body Ph with Ph paper form the pharmacist - test your saliva. Also drink lots of good quality water. It will help flush out the H ions that create an acid environment. I currently take Eniva nutrition and it has done wonders for me - they have a line of mineral supplement that are of great help

HiI am Linda and I also have had exploratory surgery and had to have 18 inches of my small intestines removed. I have been diagnosed with a pancreatic carcinoid tumor that can not be surgically removed. The only treatment available to me is Sandostatin - I take 3-4 shots a day and once a month I go for a large dose at the doctors office. I continue to have serious issues with gas and diarrha. I would like to know if you have found anything that has helped you or anyone else with these issues. Please let me hear from you. Thanks!
