Thu, 27 Mar 2003 00:00:00 GMT I originally had breast cancer in 2000. Was on tamoxifen for two years; now have been diagnosed with bc mets to the liver and bones. I have looked at every option including this one. Some of the larger cities offer this type of treatment and it may work if you only have mets in one place. If you have mets in multiple places (bones and liver, etc.) then it does not work. I have seen two specialists and they both are telling me the same information.
