Mangosteen liquid vs. capsule/pill

Hi cjtraas,Are you Dr. Chris on the advertisement for Vemma? Is mangosteen juice safe for a cancer patient w/diabetes? Aside from my cousin, I also have diabetes and have been using the juice but I am now about to change to capsules. I was drinking 15ml twice daily; each time it spiked my sugar and resulted in hours of monitoring & shots just to get under control again. I would really like to recommend mangosteen to my cousin, but I'm afraid that all the added juices (sugar) used for flavor in other brands of mangosteen juice will make him feel worse than he already does. The advertisement for Vemma did have an ingredient list posted unless I some how overlooked it.Any reason I should recommend mangosteen juice instead of capsules?
