  My mother ended radiation and cemo in April. She had severe thyroid cancer. It has been 6 months and she is getting worse every day. Right now she's back in the hospital. It is one thing after anouther. Would any one know why she's been mentally confused and  mixed up? Her sodium was very low but the doctors brought that back up. She is so confused and has extreme fatigue. She wont eat and can hardly walk. Every day is getting worse.

My mother finished radiation treatments in April for thyroid cancer. She had a very severe cancer and the out look looked grim. Now she has no balance when walking and has extreme fatigue. The cancer is gone and her blood is fine. What causes the fatigue this long and no balance? Is this normal with treatments?

My mother finished her radiation treatments the end of April. It has been nearly five months and still no energy level. She sleeps all day and night and still no appetite. She had a very rare thyroid cancer and a very tough time. Her blood checked out good and the cancer is gone. What is causing this fatigue or is this normal?
