49 year old Cancer survivor (ovarian - 1974). Amazingly and thankfully, healthy and cancer-free since. Lots of Cancer in my family of origin : My mother, my bright light and friend, who passed from complications of late stage pancreatic cancer on Mar 20th, 2009. My father who passed in 1988 of colon cancer. His grandfather passed of colon cancer and my father's nephew is a survivor of colon cancer. My niece is a survivor of childhood leukemia.
