I have been on Zometa for over 2 years... Does anyone have in-put on this treatment ? How long have you been using... Did you change your treatment at all ? I find I get bone pain after my treatment. Also thinking of changing from monthly to every 3 months. Appreciate your in put.
I have been on Femara for 2 1/2 years and so happy to say have NOT noticed any side effects. Possibly a little achie at times but I am 67 so who knows.... I am so happy Femara is available... I also get Zometa treatments once a month to stablize the bones-- for the effects of the femara on the bones.... Zometa does give me bone pain when I have my treatment ( for a few days-)- but I also have saline solotion added with it and it is much less painful. Hope this helps
I have been on Femara for 2 years. Also doing Zometa. Just changed Zometa treatments from every month to every 3 months. Has anyone got off Femara on a dailey bases or changed to something else? I also was wondering where I am past menupause- and not producting as much estrogen- is there another way of doing this? Any help on these two medications would be helpful. Thanks, C
