  Someone told me that if your white blood cell count got low that was a sign that the chemo is working?Any thoughts

  Dx with sclc in March of this year.A 2 cm tumor in the left lung-no spread was noticed anywhere with scans.I am a 57 y/0 female and shortly after my first chemo tx I suffered a stroke.Could this stroke have been caused by chemotherapy?I have been very healthy up until the stroke.
