    I was 36 when I was dx with Oligo 2 w co-deletion on Sep 2008. Surgery 98%-100% removal with Nicholas Levine at MD Anderson on Oct 2008. I blessed to be able to use brain suite for that surgery since location of my tumor was difficult. I believe MD Anderson is one of the best in the country, either #1 or #2 for brain tumor/cancer.       I'm so sorry to hear about your father. Sounds like he's a strong man. First of all, every cancer patients need the most is strong support from families and friends, especially from loved ones.         Same with me, my seizure usually last around 3-5 min with aftermath slight weakness up to 10-20 min afterward. What's the side effect of Trileptal for you, if any? Good luck to you too and thanks for the info.

          Hi everyone, I just joined this good group. I was diagnosed on Sept 2008, I was 36, after grand mal seizure. It was Oli II with deletions. It was on the side that affect my right motor so first 2 days after surgery on Oct 2008 at MD Anderson, I barely able to lift my right hand and my right foot was paralyzed from the hip down.
