  Hi Everyone on Fatigue with Sutent. mrbuck, Wow, how wonderful that your husband does not have the extreme fatigue that it seems many do while taking Sutent.  Would I be out of line to ask how old your husband is?  Is he able to continue working?  I know my brother is hopeful to be one of the few who will not have the extreme fatigue and really hopes he can continue to work.   My brother is to start sutent for stage 4 kidney cancer.  Kidney removed Feb. 09 and doctor's thought they got it all.  Now has spread to the sigmoid sinus and lymph nodes in chest, (which I am to understand is rare) and to lymph nodes in chest. The sinus tumor is vascular in nature.  He is told life expectancy is 4-6 months without treatment.  He is very concerned about the side effects of sute...

  Hi jjccbb, When your kidney cancer was called at Stage 4, how long was the life expectancy you were given?  My brother is stage 4 and they say 4-6 months without treatment. You say you've been on chemo drugs since May of 2010.  What kind of side effects have you had and are you still able to go to work?  He is being prescribed a couple cycles of sutent.  Thanks.
