63/W/M, retired 1-31-08, Dx'd 8-4-09. 40ppd hx, quit over 12 yrs ago. Bad habits of past catch up with some of us! Half way through course of chemo. Learning to live with cancer but want to get back to healthy active life. I'm a 30 year runner and since retirement have been going around country running marathons.
