My father was on Tarceva with Gemzar (if I recall). Unfortunately it didn't seem to help him. His cancer was pretty advanced and metasticized to his stomach not long after he started treatment. There had been a lot of positive reports on the drug and it seemed promising. Unfortunately, much of the treatment options seem to be a bit of a crap shoot due to so many variables being involved.
